Auburn Tigers Retro War Eagle Logo Bomber Jacket
This vintage Memphis Tigers logo served as the school’s primary logo from 1965 through 1972, and stuck around until roughly 1979. This cartoonish cat is the polar opposite of the hyper-realistic tiger Memphis had used earlier in the decade, but his unique style was an immediate standout. Plus, among other things, he saw Memphis basketball through its incredible NCAA tournament run in 1973.

This classic Georgia Tech logo dates back to the 1960s. The athletic teams tried a variety of nicknames through the years, but multi-sport coach John Heisman (yes, that Heisman) liked the Yellow Jackets nickname in 1905, after the literal yellow jackets that Tech fans would wear to sporting events. Sure, this vintage-inspired bomber jacket is black, not yellow, but it shows off Tech pride nonetheless. Brought to you in partnership with College Vault.
